Welcome to PLANt Your Life! I am a Plant Food Consultant. I assume you are here with the intention of making your way to a healthier, longer, and happier life. If you have come this far, you must be educated on what eating a plant-based diet will do for your health, the planet, and the animals. When people initially make the decision to become a vegan, vegetarian, or simply add healthy foods to their lives, they often have questions, such as:

- How do I know what to get rid of in my home?
- How am I going to get my husband and kids to eat this way?

I understand how overwhelming changing your lifestyle and dietary habits is in the beginning. I remember the day I decided to make the change and go “cold-turkey” on animal products. I opened the refrigerator door and saw nothing I could eat, except maybe some fruit. It took me a lot of time and effort figuring out the answers to all of these questions.
My goal as your plant food consultant is to spare you the work I had to do on my own by giving you the answers and ideas you need. I provide one-on-one training and knowledge on how to live as a vegan. I also cater to people who are toying with the idea of becoming a vegan, and would like ease their way into it. I will show you how simple, satisfying, and rewarding eating a healthy, plant-based diet really is. Once you master this lifestyle and reap the benefits, you will never look back.
